I had never heard of Matfer brand earlier, but as our cookware reviews site chugged along, I learned more about many other brands that were great. In america, we consumer tend to look for frugal products as we like to save money unlike our european counter part. This Matfer brand is reputable and well known else where. It is expensive, costing around $1500-$2000 range, so buying it for review was out of question for me.
